On June 1, Kevin Phalen will join Visa as global
head of commercial business, charged with accelerating adoption of Visa
commercial payments solutions globally. He'll report to global head of products
and solutions Vicky Bindra, a Visa spokesperson said. Phalen has worked for
Bank of America Merrill Lynch since 2008. Previously, he was JPMorgan product
executive for the international public sector and global card solutions in
London. Jenny Petty has replaced Phalen at BoA as head of global card and
comprehensive payables for global transaction services.
