AirPlus now can feed central billing data into
FCM Travel Solutions' ClientBank Connect reporting tool for mutual U.S. clients.
AirPlus integrates with travel management companies, but this marks the first
integration with a TMC reporting tool. That allows for "complete visibility
of [clients'] travel data, both booked and charged data, in one place,"
said AirPlus U.S. head of sales Rebecca Kilby. Previously, AirPlus delivered payment
data to clients' general ledger or expense management systems or in file formats
of customers' choosing, such as Excel. AirPlus and FCM are looking to expand
the functionality to other AirPlus products and geographies.
