Private equity firm Vista Equity Partners acquired hospitality tech provider Lanyon. Lanyon's senior management team will remain in place and add former P2 Energy Solutions vice president of finance Steve Cornell as CFO, the company announced. Lanyon provides content and spend management solutions to more than 725 corporate clients and more than 340 hotel companies, according to Lanyon.
