HRG today announced its European organizational restructure, which integrates country-specific operations under new regional leadership, which is headed by HRG regional president for Europe Reto Bacher.
The company has named four managing directors, who will handle subdivisions and report to Bacher. Former managing director of HRG Nordic Hans Holmen heads Europe North; Beat Bürer, previously managing director of HRG Switzerland, leads Europe Central; Peter Kite, former managing director of HRG United Kingdom, heads Europe West; and former operations director for Europe Ian Windsor leads Europe Multinational Services, which handles all client services in Europe.
Last year, HRG aligned its Canadian and United States operations into a North American regional structure led by Tom Gleason, HRG regional president of North America
