U.K. travel management company Reed & Mackay acquired London's Hillgate Travel on May 25. Like Reed & Mackay, Hillgate is in growth mode and has focused on client-facing technology, according to Reed & Mackay. Hillgate will work with Reed & Mackay's own global partnership once Hillgate's contract with GlobalStar Travel Management ends. Reed & Mackay could not immediately disclose what will become of the Hillgate brand and whether Hillgate founder Jeremy Bull will join Reed & Mackay.
