Australia-based TMC Corporate Travel Management will acquire Hong Kong-based TMC Lotus Travel Group, effective Oct. 2, 2018. CTM will integrate Lotus Travel with CTM Asia, strengthening its position in the region and making it the largest TMC in Hong Kong servicing Greater China. Lotus Travel is CTM's latest in a string of about a dozen acquisitions since 2010. In the past two years, CTM has acquired Australia-based SCT Travel Group, UK-based Redfern Travel and Tasmania-based Andrew Jones Travel. CTM operates in more than 70 countries.
