Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has named Ross
Hosking VP of sales and distribution in the Americas. Hosking most recently
served as president of and helped to launch Meetings.com, which serves the
travel management company, corporate and association markets. Prior to that, he
was EVP of global sales at Wyndham Hotel Group for six years. In his new role,
he will report to Americas SVP and chief commercial officer Charles
McKee and be responsible for commercial revenue growth across all of
Carlson Rezidor's brands. Carlson Rezidor appointed three other members to its
senior leadership team in the Americas: Aly El-Bassuni joins from Wyndham Hotel
Group as SVP of franchise operations; Dinesh Chandiramani, who previously
founded TMC America, as VP of development; and Mark Williams, formerly of Red
Lions Hotel Corp., as VP of development.
