Starwood Capital Group officially completed its sale of Groupe du Louvre and Louvre Hotels Group,

an indirect subsidiary of Groupe du Louvre, to Shanghai Jin Jiang International Holdings Co. for €1.3 billion, the company announced Sunday. Paris-based Louvre Hotels Group is the second-largest hotel group in Europe, with a portfolio of more than 1,100 hotels in more than 40 countries worldwide.
