La Quinta Inns & Suites now is providing electronic folio data and receipts through the Concur Connect program

, the companies announced. The program enables La Quinta properties to send detailed transaction data from Concur users' hotel bills directly to expense reports. A La Quinta spokeswoman said 804 properties--most of the company's portfolio--are participating. The four that are not include three international properties and La Quinta's Manhattan location, which runs on a different property management system than the rest of the portfolio. Other hotel companies that provide Concur with electronic folio data include Accor, Choice, Hilton, InterContinental, Marriott and Starwood.
