BCD Acquires Nordic TMC Ticket Biz

BCD Travel acquired Nordic travel management company Ticket Biz. Based in Stockholm, the agency has 150 employees, annual sales near €180 million and representation in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. Ticket Biz will maintain its brand and operate as a unit of BCD Travel. BCD Travel president of Europe, Middle East and Africa Stewart Harvey cited Ticket Biz's focus on midmarket corporate customers. Swedish holding company Braganza retains a minority stake in Ticket Biz.
