Lea McLeod of Mentor Graphics Corp., Wilsonville, Ore., is vying with Cynthia Perper, Colgate-Palmolive Co., New York, for the VP position, and eight travel managers are running for three open spots on the board. They include R.M. Carlson, Union Oil Co., Bree, Calif.; Dorothy Froix, Sundstrand Service Corp., Los Angeles; Nancy Grabow, CMP Media Inc., Manhasset, N.Y.; Robert Lichtman, Bay Networks Inc., Santa Clara; Mary Mahar, Boston Scientific Corp., Natick, Mass.; Tom McCabe, EG&G Inc., Wellesley, Mass.; Teresa McVickers, University of California-Berkeley; and Hal Taff, ADAC Labs, Milpitas, Calif.
