TRX CFO David Cathcart became the company's president and CEO, effective Dec. 12, replacing Shane Hammond, who resigned on Nov. 15. Cathcart has been with TRX since 2004. According to the company, Hammond "moved Cathcart into a dual finance and data intelligence operations role 18 months ago as a means to develop further strength in the primary growth area of the business."
