Enterprise Holdings appointed president and COO Pamela Nicholson to serve as CEO.
Also retaining her role as president, Nicholson is Enterprise's first CEO "to come from outside the Taylor family, which founded the company," according to a statement from privately held Enterprise. Former CEO Andrew Taylor becomes executive chairman.
