Air France this week said its plan to begin swapping shares with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as part of the two carriers' planned merger was pushed back from March 22 to next week. The companies still expect the deal to close by the end of April, creating Europe's largest airline entity. No reason was given for the short delay.
