Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has launched a
chat feature that enables guests to communicate with on-property staff via
instant message, whether before, during or after their stays. Four Seasons Chat
works in multiple channels, including the Four Seasons app, Facebook Messenger,
WeChat and SMS. The company said that in a pilot at 30 of its hotels, more than
half of guests used the feature.
