The average daily rate at Wyndham Worldwide properties increased by 1.3 percent year over year during the fourth quarter of 2012, and occupancy increased by 1.2 percentage points to 48.2 percent. ADR increased across all major Wyndham brands except Tryp, Hawthorn Suites and Super 8, where it was down slightly. Overall, Wyndham Worldwide net income for the quarter was $81 million, up from $56 million the prior year.
