Concur on Monday released versions of its Concur Breeze
expense reporting service compatible with Android, BlackBerry and iPhone
devices.
Concur Breeze, first launched in March, is a version of
Concur's expense management tool tailored for small businesses, available
through the Google Apps Marketplace. Users of the tool now can access free
smartphone applications for the tool, allowing them to create, edit, submit and
approve expense reports through their phone as well as create images of their
receipts through their phone's camera.
"A user can manage expense reports without ever having
to use their PC," Concur executive vice president and general manager of
emerging business Elena Donio said in a statement. "People want
applications to be flexible enough to fit in their lives whether at the office
or on the go."
The company currently is
providing the application through the iPhone and Android app stores and plans
to make it available in the BlackBerry App World early next month.
