During the past three years, Toyota Motor Corp. has been consolidating its engineering, sales, marketing, financial services and corporate functions, which previously were in Torrance, Calif. and Erlanger, Ky., into a single headquarters in Plano, Texas. The Plano campus opened in July 2017 and will play host to 5,000 employees. While Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A does not report individual financial results, net revenue in North America for Toyota Motor Corp. increased 14.2 percent during the company's 2016 fiscal year, which ended March 31, 2016. North American net revenue declined 7.4 percent during fiscal year 2017.
