Southwest Airlines is planning to replace its reservation system

in order to "fully handle international travel," and accommodate fare rules and other revenue management processes, according to executive vice president of strategy and planning Bob Jordan. CEO Gary Kelly said the airline has narrowed to two the list of possible vendors. Sources told The Beatthat the contenders are Amadeus and incumbent Sabre.
