Travelport enabled booking of extra baggage services on Air New Zealand flights using the Electronic Miscellaneous Document standard for subscribers in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. "Air New Zealand's Prepaid Extra Bags feature was rolled out in late November to agents using the Galileo system in New Zealand and Australia," according to Travelport. "In Ireland and the United Kingdom, Extra Bags is available on both Galileo and Worldspan." Air New Zealand previously began processing EMDs via Sabre.
