Mega corporate travel agency air transactions processed through ARC in November increased nearly 8 percent year over year, representing a second consecutive month of growth. Including American Express, BCD Travel, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Egencia, HRG and Omega World Travel, mega agency aggregate transactions—including refunds and exchanges—outpaced activity reported for all agencies, which essentially was flat year over year, according to ARC.
