Carlson Wagonlit Travel president for suppliers, products and technology Andrew Winterton left the company "to pursue other opportunities," according to CWT and as first reported in The Beat. No replacement has been announced. According to a spokesperson, Winterton's direct reports are reporting to CEO Doug Anderson until "some organizational announcements" are made in the next few weeks. Winterton joined CWT more than three years ago for the newly created position after nine years with American Express Business Travel. CWT also announced the appointment of Kevin O'Connor as chief information officer. O'Connor previously served as CIO for NYSE Technologies following stints at UBS, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. According to CWT, the company "consolidated its IT and product delivery teams under a dedicated leader to help companies further improve the value of their managed travel programs through innovative products and services."
