Carlson Wagonlit Travel announced it is providing client-specific hotel review sites. Powered by travel-review firm Vinivi, CWT Hotel Intel "allows business travelers to share hotel ratings and reviews within a secure, company-specific site," according to the travel management company. Travelers from CWT's clients automatically would receive an email alert following "a genuine stay" at a hotel that asks them to rate the property and post a review. CWT claimed that by having "a single source of traveler feedback and hotel ratings," travel managers can improve the level of service provided by suppliers.
