Business Travel News is seeking candidates for its European
Travel Manager of the Year award, to be announced Sept. 6, during the opening
night reception of Inicio, the NBTA Europe Conference, which is being held in
partnership with Business Travel News and EuroBTN in Lisbon, Sept. 6 to 8.
We seek corporate travel buyers who in the past year raised
the bar in at least one industry best practice or elevated the role of travel
decision maker as a whole. The deadline for nominations is July 8.
The educational program will focus on managing European
business travel and meetings in a new era and cover such topics as travel
alternatives, alternative buying strategies, hotel negotiating and global versus
local travel management.
BTN editor-in-chief David Meyer also will facilitate a
special session for those from companies that spent €15 million or more last
year in European booked air volume who complete a survey.
